Revtangen BO October 26th

Finally a change in the weather. The wind turned easterly, and after a bit of rain late in the night there were lots of birds moving when the weather cleared. The first decent weather in a while sparked an unexpected large arrival of Blue Tits for such a late date, and also lots of Redpolls. A good playback-initiated catch of redpolls had to be terminaded early to deal with all the blue tits. A splendid day was finished off with a good owl catch in the evening. Nets open 07-19, netmeter hours approx. 2500.
