KRM

A 400+ day

Quality and quantity through the day

Light NE in the morning, part cloudy, later turning to light westerlies and gradually more sunny. Playback on Garden Warbler, Reed Warbler and Grasshopper Warbler through the night, Tree Pipit during the day and Sand Martin/Yellow Wagtail on and off. Also Playback on Tringa-waders by the pool, but no result from that. Sand Martins were again very interested in the playback, eventually we had to turn it off because if was too much to handle for two ringers.

This 1 cy male Yellow Wagtail is a very rare catch at Revtangen, and was the result of a short experimental playback session by the observatory pools.
