The weather at the moment is a stable high pressure, with sunny and warm in the day and cold at night. Light shifting breeze, turning westerly around 11. Very quiet - migrants are no doubt arriving, but no need for them to stop at Revtangen BO when the weather is like this! in 3 days only ringed 43 birds:

Collared Dove 1, Meadow Pipit 4, Winter Wren 1, Dunnock 1, European Robin 15, Song Thrush 1, Blackcap 1, Chiffchaff 1, Great Tit 1, Common Starling 6, Tree Sparrow 1, House Sparrow 3, Lesser Redpoll 4, Common Linnet 2, Eurasian Siskin 1. Also 17 controls.

Ringmerket 21.-23.4: Tyrkerdue 1, heipiplerke 4, gjerdesmett 1, jernspurv 1,rødstrupe 15, måltrost 1, munk 1, gransanger 1, kjøttmeis 1, stær 6, pilfink 1, gråspurv 3, brunsisik 4, tornirisk 2, grønnsisik 1. Total = 43. Også 17 kontroller.
